FAQ
What is “Prologue. The first light”?
“Prologue. The first light” is a 25-minute music and projection experience created specifically for the neo-Gothic church in Palanga. Images from 21 synchronised projectors fill the entire space at once, from the vaults to the columns, while sound comes from different directions, surrounding you with music. This creates the feeling of being immersed in sound and imagery.
Is it a concert, a film or an exhibition?
It is a seamless music and projection experience that unfolds all around you. Images from 21 synchronised projectors are projected directly onto the building’s vaults, walls and columns, so there is no conventional screen or stage.
Will I need a virtual reality headset?
No additional equipment is needed. You will view the projections directly within the space.
Does the experience tell the story of the church’s history?
“Prologue. The first light” invites you to immerse yourself in an imagined birth of the world, unfolding within a neo-Gothic architectural setting.
